Ive been after the illusive mercury bhasma since a while now and prayed for good guidance.
My purpose in cleaning up of the body mind and attaining enlightenment. The Paarad Ras im interested in is made with the help of herbs mercury abhrak and Hing enclosed in between two clay saucers... and fired. This has been cited in Boganather - rasraj chinamani and paarad vigyan.. The latter book is too complicated for me. I would be extremely grateful if you could teach me the Above recipe and also how to make the brahmin (white) version of the same. I understand this will yield a red bhasma.
